The project mandate was to train and certify 25 of their personnel on 1) assessment center delivery & management 2) basics of development report writing, 3) principle of assessment feedback, and 4) standards of individual development plan creation.
From the experience of the two seasoned assessors on the project. A full training deck was designed from scratch to cover the various touchpoints involved in an assessment center. In addition to the theoretical part of the training, the participants went through multiple live simulations based off a case study designed for the client.
