The project mandate was twofold:
1) Support an American company in outsourcing and setting up their business support team in
Lebanon (as a cost-efficient location to doing business).
2) Hire the business support leader from sourcing through onboarding and enable them to recruit
the full team.
Sourced applicants through various channels including referrals and LinkedIn. Screened applicants and conducted background checks on behalf of the client. Shortlisted and selected candidates until they were onboarded and settled into their roles.
