The project mandate was to support a leading multinational talent consulting firm in setting up a recruitment team hiring for a mega project in the Middle East. The recruitment was for multiple levels of recruiters spanning recruitment coordinators, senior recruiters, and an associated lead.
Worked closely with the client on the onboarding of the offered candidates with focus on their administrative onboarding, their contractual setup (e.g., policy acknowledgment, agreements), and their IT support comprising the provision of equipment, enablement, and access to platforms (e.g., for data storage and sharing).
