The client was undergoing a major transformation as a result of a Royal Decree, transferring authorities from five different ministries to them. The project scope was to redesign their organization structure given changes in the operating model and the spin-offs of certain functions, devise workforce needs, develop competency frameworks, define the job descriptions and evaluations, and support the implementation and the placement of the employees on the new structure.
