Scope

The design and online delivery of a Management Trainee Program as part of the client’s initiative to groom its young talent by growing their self-awareness, helping them to operate with greater agility, understand their personal drivers, and craft their personal brand. 

Approach & Deliverables

The training material was prepared ahead of time and shared with the two lead facilitators to orchestrate how they would be delivering them. Sessions were schedule every 45-60days for ½ day remote sessions. The program closed with a group learning project that was also coached by the facilitators.
