While the approach consisted of the following steps:
Collected data using from engagement surveys, as well as qualitative data collected through focus groups and stakeholders’ interviews, which provided a comprehensive understanding of key dimensions influencing workforce engagement.
Facilitated workshops focused on action planning, enabling participants to identify priority areas for improvement. The project was successfully concluded with a collaborative session conducted to develop an action plan, introducing initiatives designed to foster higher levels of workforce engagement across the organization.
