Scope

The project mandate was threefold:

  • Explore workforce engagement by focusing on key engagement drivers that influence workforce productivity, performance, and intention to stay.
  • Evaluate engagement based on demographic factors.
  • Identify unique challenges and engagement patterns.

Approach & Deliverables

While the approach consisted of the following steps:

  • Collected data using from engagement surveys, as well as qualitative data collected through focus groups and stakeholders’ interviews, which provided a comprehensive understanding of key dimensions influencing workforce engagement.
  • Facilitated workshops focused on action planning, enabling participants to identify priority areas for improvement. The project was successfully concluded with a collaborative session conducted to develop an action plan, introducing initiatives designed to foster higher levels of workforce engagement across the organization.
