Scope

The project mandate was threefold:

  • Identify talent strategy objectives for the near to mid-term.
  • Develop a heat map and movement framework to visualize career mobility.
  • Design a career path framework, including career management policies and procedures.

Approach & Deliverables

While the approach consisted of the following steps:

  • Assessed existing career structures, job families, and competency models.
  • Mapped career progression trends within the organization.
  • Identified high-mobility roles and areas with limited career progression opportunities.
  • Designed a movement framework highlighting lateral, vertical, and cross-functional career pathways.
  • Proposed guidelines for internal career progression, including role transition and skill requirements.
